1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
1.1 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase confirmation.

1.2 Standard shipping within Ireland generally takes 4–10 working days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend monitoring your shipment via the provided tracking information for the most accurate updates.

2. Return Eligibility Window
2.1 You may return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days (natural days) after the day you receive your order, in line with Irish consumer law.

2.2 To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories or manuals included.

3. Items Excluded from Return
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made or personalised items

Gift cards and downloadable digital products

Perishable goods (e.g., plants, flowers items)

Health, hygiene, or grooming products once opened (e.g., pet brushes, bedding)

Jewelry worn on the skin (earrings, body chains)

4. Return Procedure
4.1 Please do not return your item without contacting us first. Send an email to support@irishhaven.shop with your order number and reason for return.

4.2 After your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. The return parcel must be shipped back to:

4.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

5. Late or Missing Deliveries
5.1 If you have not received your item within 14 working days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@irishhaven.shop or call +353 41 983 5529.

6. Return Logistics & Responsibility

6.1 Before sending any item back, customers must first contact our customer support via email at support@irishhaven.shop to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

6.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

6.3 Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item, damaged upon arrival, defective product), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable.

6.4 If the return is approved and a refund is granted, any shipping fees originally paid by the customer (including express or priority delivery options) will not be included in the refunded amount.

7. Refund Processing Timeline
7.1 Once your returned item has arrived at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection within 2–3 working days to verify that it meets our return criteria (unused, in original packaging, with all parts and accessories intact). After successful verification, your refund will be initiated within the next 1–2 working days. We will notify you via email once your return has been approved and the refund has been processed.

7.2 Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.

7.3 If the returned item is not in its original condition or returned beyond the 14-day window, we may only offer partial refunds or deny the return.

8. Exchanges
8.1 If you receive a defective or damaged item and request a replacement, we will ship a new item free of charge after verifying the defect.

8.2 If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund
