Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing IrishHaven. We are committed to handling your orders with care and delivering them promptly. Please read the following shipping policy carefully, which applies to all purchases made through our platform.

1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it within 1 to 3 business days. This process includes order confirmation, quality checks, packaging, and coordination with our logistics partners. Please note that processing time is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.

2. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within Ireland only. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside Ireland, please contact our customer service team prior to ordering to discuss possible arrangements.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Following processing, your order will be shipped via tracked standard delivery. Typical delivery times within Ireland are between 4 and 10 business days.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend monitoring your shipment via the provided tracking information for the most accurate updates.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to be activated on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Delays and Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 calendar days from the shipping confirmation date, please contact our customer support team for assistance in tracking and resolving the issue.
Should your package be confirmed as lost or undeliverable after investigation, you may request a full refund or a free reshipment.
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days following the end of the 14 calendar days delivery window. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

6. Delivery Guarantee
IrishHaven guarantees all shipments. In cases where a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to carrier error, we will provide either a full refund or dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Customs, VAT, and Import Duties
For deliveries arranged outside Ireland by prior agreement, any applicable customs fees, VAT, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in product prices and vary by destination country.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we reserve the right to charge for reshipment or offer a partial refund excluding original shipping fees.

9. Packaging and Handling
We ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or bulky items may be shipped with reinforced packaging or additional padding.

10. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on the extent of damage.
